Processing & Production Time All products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75
- Standard US shipping: $4.99
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.
